Imagine it is raining and you don’t have an umbrella. How does that feel? Uncomfortable? Clammy? Where do you feel that sensation in your body? Probably in your chest. Go deep into that sensation of unwelcome clamminess and feel your inner umbrella unfold. How does it feel to be protected by an umbrella that was stored in your own chest? Is it pointy? What do you do with the hook?
Now what if that umbrella were to turn inside out? What texture would that feel like? Raisins? Okay.
Good work. We’ll talk next week.
